Television Broadcasts. School may allow (at its discretion) third party local television coverage to broadcast regular season events at a School without violating the Agreement. For the sake of clarity, School shall also broadcast via the Pixellot Systems on the NFHS Network any regular season event that is broadcast on linear television by a third party.
Television Broadcasts. No television or radio broadcasting, taping, recording or photographing shall be permitted, except with mutual agreement of ORE and Renter. Television Broadcasts. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreements (including Section 7 of the License and the obligations described below in this Section 6.2), Applicable Laws, Athletic Organization Rules, University Rules, other UTRGV contracts and agreements and the rights of the visiting team, UTRGV grants Licensee the exclusive right to produce and provide public television broadcasts ("Television Broadcasts") of the following events:
Television Broadcasts. A candidate meets the requirements of this subparagraph if, in the case of a tele- vision broadcast, at the end of such broad- cast there appears simultaneously, for a pe- riod no less than 4 seconds— (i) a clearly identifiable photographic or similar image of the candidate; and (ii) a clearly readable printed statement, identifying the candidate and stating that the candidate has approved the broadcast and that the candidate’s authorized com- mittee paid for the broadcast.
Television Broadcasts. 9.1 In principle, any broadcast of the production on television will be aired after the show has been performed in the theatre. 9.2 If a substantial part of the production (i.e. at least 30 of its duration) is broadcast on television while the show is still running in the theatre, the performer will notify the theatre of this at the earliest opportunity. 9.3 If the broadcast referred to in Article 9.2 takes place at any time before the show is performed in the theatre, the parties will open talks on the consequences of this. The costs of informing members of the public who already hold tickets for the show will be borne by the performer, as will any demonstrable loss of income for the theatre as a result of cancellations of tickets already purchased. If it is agreed that the theatre will inform the public, the fee for this will be based on the cost price, up to a maximum of € 0.50 per letter. 9.4 Recordings made during the show must be designed to prevent any obstruction to the audience, as determined by the theatre.
Television Broadcasts. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreements (including Section 7 of the License and the obligations described below in this Section 6.2), Applicable Laws, Athletic Organization Rules, University Rules, other UTEP contracts and agreements and the rights of the visiting team, UTEP grants Licensee the exclusive right to produce and provide public television broadcasts ("Television Broadcasts") of the following events:
Television Broadcasts. Ability and authorization to maximize the revenue opportunities associated with all Client television programming (with the exception of live game broadcasts produced and distributed under the terms of the Client’s Conference television agreements), to include, but not limited to live and taped delay broadcasts of Client Athletic events, coaches shows, athletic directors shows, and associated Client Athletics programming to all broadcast signal coverage areas via any means of distribution whether now known or developed in the future, including without limitation: terrestrial, cable systems, phone lines, or satellite.

  • Video This restriction includes, but is not limited to, use of the Beat and/or New Song in television, commercials, film/movies, theatrical works, video games, and in any other form on the Internet which is not expressly permitted herein.

  • Programming Processor is not responsible for programming or reprogramming of fuel dispensers.

  • Games The Private Party shall not be entitled to introduce any arcade type amusement or gaming machines into the Restaurant Facility without the prior written approval of SANParks.

  • Broadcast Rights The Licensor hereby grants to Licensee broadcasting rights up to 2 Radio Stations.

  • Media No media releases, public announcements or public disclosures relating to this Agreement or its subject matter, including but not limited to promotional or marketing material, shall be made by the Contractor without the prior written consent of the Client.
