Common use of Telecommunications Carrier’s Access Clause in Contracts

Telecommunications Carrier’s Access. Tenant’s right to select and use a telecommunications and data carrier (the “Carrier”) shall be conditioned on the execution by the Carrier a license agreement, in the form used by Landlord from time to time, pursuant to which Landlord shall grant to the Carrier a license (which license shall be coextensive with the rights and privileges granted to Tenant under this Lease) to install, operate, maintain, repair, replace, and remove cable and related equipment within the Premises and specified vertical and horizontal pathways within the Building but outside of the Premises that are necessary to provide telecommunications and data services to Tenant at the Premises.
