Technology Access for Persons Who Are Blind or Visually Impaired. Information Technology Equipment and Software purchased and licensed with monies under this Contract for use by departmental employees, program participants, or members of the public must provide, as required by 18-5-604, MCA, blind or visually impaired persons with access, including interactive use of the equipment and services, that is equivalent to that provided to persons who are not blind or visually impaired.
