Technologists. shall possess the necessary and appropriate skills, education, credentials, knowledge and experience. In exercising its judgment under this Section, MedCare agrees not to discriminate against any Technologist on the basis of race, religion, age, sex or national origin or otherwise violate any applicable state or federal employment laws.
