TECHNOLOGICAL SUPPORT. During the term of this Lease and after the establishment of the Website by BioQuest and upon notice to MainStreet, MainStreet shall deliver the Technology and provide all necessary technological support to insure that BioQuest's Website is accurately published on the Internet together with sufficient bandwidth to support the expected traffic to the site. MainStreet shall further insure at all times that the software is in operable condition including, but not limited to, proper logging, load balancing, data backup, storage and emergency response.
TECHNOLOGICAL SUPPORT. The District shall provide unit members technical support via virtual tools. This may include access to technical support personnel, helplines, and other technical support from District staff and/or vendors, as well as instruction on the learning management systems identified in Section 7 above and online learning instructional materials.
TECHNOLOGICAL SUPPORT. Metra may, at its sole discretion, provide technological support to BioQuant during the period of time after the Effective Date and prior to BioQuant having received regulatory approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration, or an equivalent international regulatory agency, in a manner to be mutually agreed upon by the parties and for a fee of $60.00 per hour. However, at the point in time that BioQuant pays Metra two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) pursuant to Section 4.1 herein, any technological support provided by Metra pursuant to this Section 16 shall be at no charge to BioQuant.
TECHNOLOGICAL SUPPORT a. The County Superintendent shall maintain a personal account for mobile telephone service and shall not open an account in the name of the SCCOE. The County Superintendent shall have total responsibility for payment of such a personal account and the SCCOE shall have no obligation or responsibility related to said mobile telephone account. The SCCOE shall provide the County Superintendent with other technological devices for the County Superintendent’s professional and personal use, consistent with Board policy and SCCOE practices. The County Superintendent understands that information stored in his cell phone, computer or other device is subject to public disclosure if such information is related to the public business of the SCCOE or to his duties as County Superintendent. Notwithstanding the location of personal data on the cell phone, computer or other device, whether owned by SCCOE or County Superintendent, the parties agree that any personal or private information of the County Superintendent contained on such devices shall be deemed private and the County Superintendent’s sole property to the extent it is not discoverable by law; provided it shall be the responsibility of the County Superintendent to assert, and to bear any costs of asserting, privacy or other confidentiality privileges or rights as to any such data or information. b. All technology devices provided are the property of SCCOE and SCCOE shall have the right to control the access to and use of Technology Devices through its board policies, including its technology use policies, personnel policies, risk management policies, practices, and applicable laws.

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Child Support (Applicable if the Party is a natural person, not a corporation or partnership.) Party states that, as of the date the Agreement is signed, he/she: a. is not under any obligation to pay child support; or b. is under such an obligation and is in good standing with respect to that obligation; or c. has agreed to a payment plan with the Vermont Office of Child Support Services and is in full compliance with that plan. Party makes this statement with regard to support owed to any and all children residing in Vermont. In addition, if the Party is a resident of Vermont, Party makes this statement with regard to support owed to any and all children residing in any other state or territory of the United States.

  • Technology Discoveries, innovations, Know-How and inventions, whether patentable or not, including computer software, recognized under U.S. law as intellectual creations to which rights of ownership accrue, including, but not limited to, patents, trade secrets, maskworks and copyrights developed under this Agreement.
