Technical inspection of trawlers. 3.1. Once a year and after any alteration in tonnage or changes to the fishing category necessitating the use of a different type of gear, Community trawlers shall report to the port of Guinea-Bissau to undergo the inspections required by the legislation in force. Such inspections shall take place within 48 hours of the vessel’s arriving in port.
