Technical Error Sample Clauses

A Technical Error clause defines how parties will address issues arising from technical failures or malfunctions that impact the performance of contractual obligations. Typically, this clause outlines the procedures for notifying the other party of a technical error, the steps required to resolve the issue, and any temporary suspension of obligations while the error is being fixed. Its core function is to provide a clear process for managing disruptions caused by unforeseen technical problems, thereby minimizing disputes and ensuring continuity or fair adjustment of contractual duties.
