Common use of Technical Equipment or New Methods Clause in Contracts

Technical Equipment or New Methods. Where an employee is, or will be, required to operate technical equipment or use new methods during the course of their duties and where seminars, demonstrations or conferences are held pertaining to such technical equipment or new methods, the employee may attend such demonstrations, conferences or seminars upon approval of their application by the Employer. Employees shall suffer no loss of regular salary as a result of such attendance.
