Common use of Technical Coordinators Clause in Contracts

Technical Coordinators. Each Party’s initial Technical Coordinator for applicable Joint Development Activities shall be specified in each corresponding Joint Development Plan. Each Party may change its Technical Coordinator under a Joint Development Plan at any time by notifying the other Party in writing. The Technical Coordinator shall be authorized by each Party to: (a) represent that Party in discussions regarding all technical matters related to performance of the Joint Development Activities and the day-to-day operations under the corresponding Joint Development Plan; (b) coordinate the exchange of Confidential Information; and (c) report to the Executive Team on the status of the Joint Development Activities and the implementation and execution of the applicable Joint Development Plan.
