Joint Development Program. 2.01. The Parties shall carry out and complete the development activities under this Supplemental Agreement in accordance with the Joint Development Program, as better defined in 2.03. below. The first release of the Feeder Product is targeted for July 1998.
Joint Development Program. The Parties shall engage in a Program for the term of the Agreement. The Program shall be defined by the Statement(s) of Work (SOW) in Exhibit A hereof.
Joint Development Program. In the event that the Joint Development Team determines, on or before June 30, 1997, that the Parties should jointly undertake a MOD Development Program, the Parties, acting through the Joint Development Team and the Joint Steering Committee, shall agree upon a MOD Program Plan to reflect the agreed-upon activities to be conducted pursuant to the MOD Development Program, and shall append such MOD Program Plan to this Agreement. In such event, and subject to oversight by the Joint Development Team:
Joint Development Program. 2.01 From the Effective Date of this Agreement, the Parties shall conduct a “Joint Development Program” to, among other things as specified herein and in the Statement of Work attached hereto, develop planar fuel cell products and associated fuel systems and/or ancillary equipment and technology. The term of the Joint Development Program shall commence on the Effective Date of this Agreement and continue, unless terminated or extended as set forth below, until December 31, 2008. The term of the Joint Development Program can be extended or terminated by agreement of the Parties in writing, or terminated by termination of this Agreement in accordance with Article XIII.
Joint Development Program. ATML and FVC shall each use reasonable efforts to develop the Developed Products in accordance with the Joint Development Program and on the terms and conditions set forth herein. The parties have agreed to an initial Joint Development Program plan, attached hereto as Exhibit B, and they each acknowledge that such Joint Development Program plan shall be updated on a quarterly basis by ATML and FVC, including without limitation by establishing a mutually agreeable schedule for such development activities.
Joint Development Program. The parties will undertake a joint development program (the "Program") to develop additional indications and clinical information regarding the Products. The Program will consist of the Product Lifecycle Plan Studies. The Program will be managed by the Research Subcommittee pursuant to the provisions of Section 4.01. XXXXXX-XXXXXXX and PFIZER shall be responsible for the expenses of the Program pursuant to the applicable provisions of Sections 3.01 and 3.02(a). The parties shall have such rights regarding data, inventions and discoveries generated from the Program as set forth in Section 2.06.
Joint Development Program. POSCO Power and FCE acknowledge and agree to participate in a program of joint product development (hereafter “Joint Development Program”) as described in this section. The particular characteristics of the Joint Development Program shall be subject to mutual agreement of the parties. It is anticipated that the Joint Development Program shall include one or both of the following components: (a) the adaptation of New DFC-Based Products and New DFC-Based Technology for the Korean Market, and/or (b) the joint development of New Joint Products.

Joint Development Program. The parties may, from time to time as may be provided under this Agreement, may collaborate under the Joint Development Program on a single or more projects. The parties shall prepare, for each project, a project description in written form describing the specific or particular project, the responsibilities or duties of each party under such project, the target date of completion and schedule of levels of completion, anticipated deliverables, and the amount of expenses to be defrayed in relation to the project. A project manager shall be designated by each of the parties for each project, including at least one program manager who shall supervise the entire Joint Development Program. All research and development materials, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, will be provided by the party to the other without any fee or charge. Both of the parties shall sign to each of the project description in order for it to be effective and the same shall be attached and annexed accordingly to this Agreement. All costs, fees and/or expenses of any kind hereunder appertaining to each party shall be borne solely by each party.
