Team Covenants. 2.6.1.1 Until the later of (a) repayment of the Football Stadium Bond or (b) expiration of the A&R Chiefs Lease, the Chiefs will continuously operate its NFL franchise at the Football Stadium Project, in accordance with applicable NFL requirements. The Chiefs shall maintain the Football Stadium in a first class condition consistent with other NFL Stadiums.
