Tax invoices. (a) The Parties agree that VicForests shall issue RCTIs in respect of taxable supplies made by the Contractor, by reference to or in connection with the Agreement, and the Parties effect a written agreement in accordance with the conditions set out by the Commissioner of Taxation in GST Ruling 2000/10 as follows:
