Taking Leave. (a) When an employee becomes entitled pursuant to this clause 31 to long service leave, such leave shall be granted by the Company as soon as practicable having regard to the needs of the Company or subject to clause 31.5(d) hereof at such time or times as may be agreed between the Company and the employee.
