System Administration. IHS shall administer the NDW and EDM and may delegate any of its functions set forth in this Contract. The IHS permits the Epidemiology Center the right to retrieve Data from EDM consistent with the terms of this Contract. However, IHS retains all other rights to the NDW and all the components thereof.
