Common use of Syndication Process Clause in Contracts

Syndication Process. Cooperate in such respects as may be reasonably requested by the Arrangers in connection with the syndication of the credit facilities under this Agreement, including the provision of information (in form and substance acceptable to the Arrangers but subject to confidentiality provisions) for inclusion in written materials furnished to prospective syndicate members and the participation by Senior Officers in meetings with prospective syndicate members. Nothing in this Section 5.11 shall obligate Borrower to amend any Loan Document.
