B. All employees who work a "graveyard" shift beginning between 8:00 p.m. and 5:59 a.m. are entitled to a 7.5 percent increase over their basic hourly wage or salary as established by this Article for all hours worked in each such shift.

C. The parties recognize which employees who work on Saturday and Sunday should be paid a differential. To that end they will within sixty (60) days of the signing of this Agreement establish an Labor Management Committee subject to the provisions in Article 7 of this Agreement, to address the issue. The Committee shall meet at least once quarterly. Once the Committee reaches agreement its decision will be finalized through a Letter of Agreement. The parties recognize that the Committee’s decision may have financial impact and may require Legislative approval.
D. All bargaining unit members who are assigned to work a shift originally assigned to another member shall be paid the appropriate shift differential which the other member would have been paid.
E. Except in emergencies or situations in which the bargaining unit member agrees, shift assignment will not be changed without at least twenty (20) working days notice prior to the effective date of the change. This does not preclude temporary changes in work hours as provided in Article 27.F (Shift Assignment).
