Suspend Sample Clauses
The 'Suspend' clause allows one or both parties to temporarily halt the performance of their contractual obligations under certain specified circumstances. Typically, this clause is invoked in situations such as force majeure events, regulatory changes, or breaches by the other party, and it outlines the process for notification and the duration of the suspension. Its core practical function is to provide flexibility and protection for parties when unforeseen events make it impossible or impractical to continue fulfilling the contract, thereby managing risk and preventing automatic breach during periods of disruption.
