Facility Work Force definition

Facility Work Force means employees of Operator or its Affiliates who shall perform Services and who are employed on-Site at the Facility.
Facility Work Force shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit C hereto, provided that the size and nature of the Facility Work Force do not deviate in any material respect from those described in the Operator Proposal, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
Facility Work Force means employees of Contractor or Contractor subcontractors having their regular place of work at the Site who perform the Operation Services and/or Routine Maintenance Services described in Section 2.10 and 2.11 respectively and as better detailed in Exhibit F.

Examples of Facility Work Force in a sentence

  • The Operator shall not change the organizational structure or staffing plan of the Facility Work Force without the consent of Owner, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

  • Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);

  • Existing Facility means a facility in existence on any given date, newly constructed or altered.

  • The Work means each and every activity required for the successful performance of the services described in Section II, the Terms of Reference.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Stop Work Order means the written Notice, delivered in accordance with this Agreement, by which the State may require the Contractor to stop all, or any part, of the Work of this Agreement, for the period set forth in the Stop Work Order. The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate that it is issued pursuant to the Stop Work provision in this Exhibit B.

  • Period of Work means the time during which an employee is at the disposal of the employer;

  • Manufacturing Facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, the primary purpose of which is or will be the manufacture of tangible goods or materials or the processing of such goods or materials by physical or chemical change.

  • Supplier Agreement means this overarching agreement, consisting of these terms and conditions and any schedules to them, setting out the arrangements for management of the DPS, the process to apply when a Customer wishes to award Service Agreements via the DPS and the terms and conditions applicable to the carrying out of Service Agreements;

  • SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.

  • Facility Site shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to the Facility Site Lease.

  • Licensed facility means a facility licensed by the department under section 137 or an adult foster care facility.
