Survival of Obligations and Covenants. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the expiration of this Agreement or the termination or resignation of the Lender under this Agreement shall not affect any obligations of the Lender under this Agreement, including, without limitation, obligations under Section 3.06 hereof. The representations, warranties, and covenants of Lender under Section 2.01 and 2.03 hereof shall continue without regard to any termination of Lender hereunder. Any indemnification to be provided by Lender pursuant to this Agreement shall survive the termination of such Lender hereunder.
Survival of Obligations and Covenants. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the expiration of this Program Agreement or the termination or resignation of any Mortgage Lender under this Program Agreement shall not affect any obligations of such Mortgage Lender under this Program Agreement or any Program Document arising prior to the date of expiration, termination or resignation.
Survival of Obligations and Covenants. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the expiration of this Agreement or the termination or resignation of Participant under this Agreement shall not affect any obligations of such Participant under Section 3.04 hereof.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the expiration of this Origination Agreement or the termination or resignation of any Mortgage Lender under this Origination Agreement shall not affect any obligations of such Mortgage Lender under this Origination Agreement.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary expressed in this Agreement, the termination of this Agreement shall not affect any obligations of Seller under this Agreement. The representations, warranties, covenants and indemnification of Seller under Articles III, IV and VI hereof shall continue without regard to any termination hereof.
Survival of Obligations and Covenants. After termination of this Agreement and transfer of the servicing rights to the Loans to Designee Servicer, Subservicer shall continue to be liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations during the time that it acted as Subservicer of the Loans hereunder, and Subservicer shall not be released from its obligations pursuant to SECTION 2.04.

Survival of Obligations and Covenants. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the termination of this Agreement shall not affect any obligations of the Originator or Servicer. The representations, warranties and covenants of the Originator and the Servicer under Article II hereof survive the servicing of each Mortgage Loan and shall be continuing without regard to any termination of this Agreement.
Survival of Obligations and Covenants. The representations, warranties and covenants of Servicer under Sections 2.02, 7.04 and 11.11 hereof shall survive the expiration of this Agreement, termination or resignation of Servicer under this Agreement and any assignment of this Agreement or the rights of the Servicer hereunder by the Servicer and shall be continuing without regard to any such expiration, termination, resignation or assignment.
Survival of Obligations and Covenants. After termination of this Agreement and transfer of the servicing rights to the Mortgage Loans to any Designee Servicer, Servicer shall continue to be liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations during the time that it acted as Servicer of the Mortgage Loans hereunder.
