Survival of Obligations and Covenants. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the expiration of this Program Agreement or the termination or resignation of any Mortgage Lender under this Program Agreement shall not affect any obligations of such Mortgage Lender under this Program Agreement or any Program Document arising prior to the date of expiration, termination or resignation.
