Supporto base. Previa l’accettazione da parte dell’Utente dei presenti termini e condizioni e la conformità continua nel tempo dell’Utente ai suddetti termini, l’acquisto di una Licenza software autorizza l’Utente a ricevere il “Supporto base”, come definito periodicamente da iGrafx a propria esclusiva discrezione. Al momento della stipula del presente Contratto, il Supporto definito da iGrafx dà diritto all’Utente di ricevere (i) accesso gratuito a risorse di auto-assistenza elettroniche basate sul web (Knowledge Base e altri strumenti online) e (ii) Supporto tecnico via e-mail durante il Periodo di garanzia. Tale supporto è disponibile unicamente in relazione alla versione più attuale del Software. iGrafx risponderà alle richieste compiendo ogni ragionevole sforzo in tal senso e potrebbe non essere in grado di risolvere tutti i problemi o le richieste. iGrafx xxxxxxx di fornire supporto per il Software soltanto se usato in condizioni operative adeguate e unitamente ai sistemi hardware, i componenti e i sistemi operativi software per cui è stato progettato. iGrafx si riserva il diritto di modificare i servizi xxxxxxx xxxx'ambito del Supporto base in qualsiasi momento e periodicamente, senza preavviso all'Utente.

  • Annual Evaluation The Partnership will be evaluated on an annual basis through the use of the Strategic Partnership Annual Evaluation Format as specified in Appendix C of OSHA Instruction CSP 00-00-000, OSHA Strategic Partnership Program for Worker Safety and Health. Xxxxxxxxx & Xxxxxx will be responsible for gathering required participant data to evaluate and track the overall results and success of the Partnership. This data will be shared with OSHA. OSHA will be responsible for writing and submitting the annual evaluation.

  • Monthly Updates The Contractor must provide the Design Professional and the Owner with monthly updates of the Overall Project Schedule indicating completed activities and any changes in sequencing or activity durations. (See also Articles 2.1.2 and 2.1.5).

  • Student Evaluations Student evaluations shall be completed by the end of the 12th week of the fall semester.

  • DATA USED FOR CALCULATIONS The calculations for payments under this Agreement shall be initially based upon the valuations that are placed upon all taxable property in the District, including the Applicant’s Qualified Property, by the Appraisal District in its annual certified tax roll submitted to the District for each Tax Year pursuant to TEXAS TAX CODE § 26.01 on or about July 25 of each year of this Agreement. Immediately upon receipt of the valuation information by the District, the District shall submit the valuation information to the Third Party selected and appointed under Section 4.3. The certified tax roll data shall form the basis of the calculation of any and all amounts due under this Agreement. All other data utilized by the Third Party to make the calculations contemplated by this Agreement shall be based upon the best available current estimates. The data utilized by the Third Party shall be adjusted from time to time by the Third Party to reflect actual amounts, subsequent adjustments by the Appraisal District to the District’s certified tax roll or any other changes in student counts, tax collections, or other data.
