Common use of Support and Training Clause in Contracts

Support and Training. Blancco’s policy for providing support in relation to the Software shall be available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/ or such other website address as may be notified to Licensee from time to time (“Support Services” and the policy “Support Services Policy”). Blancco will provide the Licensee with the Support Services during the normal business hours in accordance with the support plan purchased by the Licensee and the Support Services Policy in effect at the time of the Support Services. Blancco may amend the Support Services Policy in its sole and absolute discretion from time to time.
