Custom Engineering. For engineering work that Licensee may require from a third party with respect to the Licensee Products, beyond the standard development support provided by PalmSource pursuant to Section 8.1 (Development Support and Training) above, Licensee agrees to consider in good faith soliciting a bid for such engineering work from PalmSource. PalmSource would provide such engineering work only upon terms and conditions mutually agreeable to the parties.
Custom Engineering. Licensee may from time to time during the Term, request from Licensor changes, enhancements, improvements, additional features and or functionality be added to the Software. Licensor may, at its sole discretion agree to make such changes to the Software on such terms as may then be negotiated and agreed to by the Parties in an amendment to this Agreement or in a separate agreement. All such changes, enhancements, improvements or additional features and functionality to the Software created by Licensor shall remain the sole property of Licensor.
