Common use of Supplier and Buyer Clause in Contracts

Supplier and Buyer. shall hold and shall cause each of their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, consultants, advisors and other representatives to hold, in strict confidence and not to disclose or release without the prior written consent of the other party, any and all Confidential Information, material or data of the other party that comes into its possession in connection with the performance by the parties of their rights and obligations under this Agreement. The provisions of Section 4.5 of the Master Separation and Distribution Agreement between Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. and the Buyer shall govern, mutatis mutandis, the confidentiality obligations of the parties under this Section.
