Supplementary training. BOOKEASY may, at its discretion and at the request of the Customer, provide supplementary training to the Customer’s employees which will constitute Additional Services; training may be (at BOOKEASY’s discretion) provided via Online web conferencing, telephone induction and one to one training (“Supplementary Training”).

Supplementary training. By mutual agreement with the employee(s) concerned, nationally accredited training will be provided by the company in skills not generally required by the employee(s) and if used will be paid under the two or more classes arrangement in clause 4.7.2 of this agreement. Supplementary training. One week of supplementary training for every 600,000 papers delivered per yearshall be established in each individual company from 1 January 2003 for completion within the following calendar year. Planned course weeks can be carried over to subsequent calendar years by agreement. The company shall pay an amount corresponding to DKK 520.00 per full-time employee covered by the collective agreement pursuant to further guidelines set out in the “Organization Agreement on a Competence Development Fund”. The employee can apply to the competence development fund for training support. The employee cannot receive support for training, during which the employee receives wages in part or in full. Companies which have (a) training committees, and (b) more than 100 employees covered by this collective agreement can establish a development fund in the company pursuant to further guidelines set out in the “Organization Agreement on a Competence Development Fund”.
Supplementary training. 9.1 The Manager is entitled and obliged to participate in any relevant supplementary training. The costs of such supplementary training shall be borne by the Company, and any participation by the Manager shall be subject to separate agreement with the board of directors.

  • Mandatory Training The Department reserves the right to require the Charter School to attend any training related to the responsibilities of a Charter School.

  • Additional Training Should the introduction of new methods of operation create a need for the perfection or acquisition of skills requiring a training period longer than one (1) year, the additional training time shall be a subject for discussion between the Board and the Union.

  • Safety Training Pursuant to Missouri Revised Statute Section 292.675, Contractors and subcontractors who sign a contract to work on public works projects must provide a 10-hour OSHA construction safety program, or similar program approved by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, to be completed by their on-site employees within sixty (60) days of beginning work on the construction project. Contractors and subcontractors in violation of this provision will forfeit to the public body $2,500 plus $100 a day for each employee who is employed without training. Public bodies and contractors may withhold/assess these penalties from the payment due to those contractors and subcontractors if found to be in non-compliance.

  • Technical Training The CAISO and the Participating TOs shall respond to reasonable requests for support and provide relevant technical training to each other’s employees to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the CAISO Controlled Grid and to comply with any NERC or WECC operator certification or training requirements. Examples of such technical training include, but are not limited to: (1) the theory or operation of new or modified equipment (e.g., control systems, Remedial Action Schemes, protective relays); (2) computer and applicator programs; and (3) CAISO (or Participating TO) requirements. The Parties shall enter into agreements regarding the timing, term, locations, and cost allocation for the training.
