Retirement Plan and the Senior Executives Retirement Plan, converted from US dollars to pounds sterling using the average interbank exchange rate over the 12 months to your 60th birthday (or earlier date of retirement). The terms of payment of the supplementary pension, including pension increases and attaching widow's pension, will be as for the pension accrued under the Rio Tinto Pension Fund.
