Accumulation Plan definition

Accumulation Plan means a plan for the delivery of grain to a Port Terminal Facility in order to accumulate a cargo for shipping.

Accumulation Plan or “Savings Plan” means the details captured upon account application. It includes the accumulation/savings sum, terms and the exact proportion of Precious Metals to accumulate into.

  • Deficit Controlled Accumulation Amount means (a) on the first Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the excess, if any, of the Controlled Accumulation Amount for such Distribution Date over the amount deposited in the Principal Funding Account on such Distribution Date and (b) on each subsequent Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the excess, if any, of the Controlled Deposit Amount for such subsequent Distribution Date over the amount deposited in the Principal Funding Account on such subsequent Distribution Date.

  • Dividend Reinvestment Plan means a regular dividend reinvestment or other plan of the Corporation made available by the Corporation to holders of its securities where such plan permits the holder to direct that some or all of:
