Common use of Supplemental Family and Medical Leave Period Clause in Contracts

Supplemental Family and Medical Leave Period. Provided that the notice and medical certification requirements are met, an eligible bargaining unit employee may be granted an additional four (4) weeks of unpaid leave of absence during the rolling twelve (12)-month period measured backward from the date the bargaining unit employee begins any family/medical leave as provided under Article 34.
