Sums Due. In the event of a termination of this Services Agreement, the Service Providers shall be entitled to the immediate payment of, and the recipient of such Services shall within seven Business Days, pay to the Service Providers, all accrued amounts for Services under this Services Agreement as of the date of termination. Unless otherwise specified herein, all amounts due to any party shall be paid in cash, by wire transfer of available funds to an account or accounts specified in writing to the payor by the person entitled to such payments.
