Succession and Vacancies. A director may be appointed to succeed him or herself. A director not so reappointed may continue to serve on the Board until his or her successor is appointed. A vacancy on the Board shall be filled by the Secretary from the departing director’s same group as those described in subparagraphs (b) (1), (2) and (3) of this section.
