Recipient is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with federal requirements applicable to its Local Subdivision Contribution. Notwithstanding the above, the following provisions apply to construction contracts under this Agreement:

  • Compliance Between Individual Contract and Master Agreement Any individual contract between the Board and an individual employee, heretofore or hereafter executed, shall be subject to and consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If an individual contract contains any language inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement, during its duration, shall be controlling.

  • ENUMERATION OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS § 9.1 The Contract Documents, except for Modifications issued after execution of this Agreement, are enumerated in the sections below.
