Common use of Substitution of Paid Leave Clause in Contracts

Substitution of Paid Leave. If any employee is off due to their own serious health condition, accrued sick leave, vacation, or personal time off will be applied to the leave period until exhausted (See section 37.03 below on Procedures for additional provisions).
