Substitute Work. Regular workers at a job site shall have first priority to serve as substitutes for absent workers at that site provided that the assumption of the added work does not interfere with the performance of the regularly assigned duties of the worker and the worker is qualified to perform the work of the absentee. If no worker wishes to substitute, on call personnel will be used.
