Wage tables. The wage tables are based on a system with normal monthly wage and a system with adjusted monthly wage (12 monthly wages + vacation allowance). The parties shall agree locally which system that shall be used. For employees comprised by the rules about ▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ deduction, the wages in the wage tables shall be reduced by NOK 4300,- per month. For employees with adjusted monthly wage, the deduction is NOK 3900,-. Alarm compensation is included in the wage table with the rate applying prior to the wage revision in 1996.

Wage tables. The schedule of job classifications hereinafter set forth indicates the job title, labor grade and minimum starting steps for each departmental group. The hourly wage schedules hereinafter set forth indicate the progression steps within the wage ranges for each job classification. Employees currently receiving a rate higher than those set forth (Appendix A) will not be reduced, as long as they remain in their current classifications.
Wage tables. The following wage rate tables have been drafted to account for: 1. casual employee wages (inclusive of a 20% casual loading); and, 2. two (2) full time and part time employee options, based off the table below, being: a. a prescribed wage that is ordinarily paid to an employee where an employee does not have, use, require or otherwise possess qualifications or tickets relevant to their employment; and b. a prescribed wage amount (as prescribed by the table headed “With ALL required tickets & two (2) ADDITIONAL Tickets”) containing an increased wage amount that is to be paid where an employee meets the following qualifications grading table for their eligible classification and demonstrates such to the Employer. Wage tables. A. Tables B. When an Employee is working in a relief position during a week in which a holiday occurs, as defined in Article 13- Holidays, the Employee will be compensated at his/her current wage for the holiday when not working the holiday.
