EPP transform-command RTT Refers to the RTT of the sequence of packets that includes the sending of a transform command plus the reception of the EPP response for only one EPP transform command. It does not include packets needed for the start or close of either the EPP or the TCP session. EPP transform commands are those described in section 2.9.3 of EPP RFC 5730. If the RTT is 5 times or more the corresponding SLR, the RTT will be considered undefined.
Reconstructive Surgery Benefits for reconstructive surgery are limited to surgical procedures that are Medically Necessary, as determined by CareFirst BlueChoice, and operative procedures performed on structures of the body to improve or restore bodily function or to correct a deformity resulting from disease, trauma, or previous therapeutic intervention.
Technological Displacement The Employer agrees that, whenever possible, no employee shall lose employment because of technological change, utilizing normal turnover of staff to absorb such displaced employees. However, when necessary to reduce staff, it shall be done as outlined in Article 6.01.
DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE OR HISTORICALLY UNDERUTILIZED BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS The Engineer agrees to comply with the requirements set forth in Attachment H, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise or Historically Underutilized Business Subcontracting Plan Requirements with an assigned goal or a zero goal, as determined by the State.
Area of Concern Cracks in walkways and/or patios within property boundaries and/or driveway. Standard: Cracks that do not exceed an average of ½ inch in width and vertical displacement that does not exceed an average of ½ inch are to be expected. Chemical Dependency Alcoholism and drug addiction shall be recognized as an illness. However, sick leave pay for treatment of such illness shall be contingent upon two conditions: 1) the employee must undergo an evaluation by a licensed alcohol and drug counselor or substance abuse professional, and 2) the employee, during or following the above care, must participate in a prescribed program of treatment and rehabilitation approved by the Employer in consultation with the Employer's health care provider.
Dependent Child/Parents Separated or Divorced If two or more plans cover a person as a dependent child of divorced or separated parents, the plan responsible to cover benefits for the child will be determined in the following order: • first, the plan of the parent with custody of the child; • then, the plan of the spouse of the parent with custody of the child; and • finally, the plan of the parent not having custody of the child. If the terms of a court decree state that: • one of the parents is responsible for the healthcare expenses of the child, and the entity obligated to pay or provide the parent's benefits under that parent's plan has actual knowledge of those terms, the benefits of that plan are determined first and the benefits of the plan of the other parent are the secondary plan. • both parents share joint custody, without stating that one of the parents is responsible for the healthcare expenses of the child, the plans covering the child will follow the order of benefit determination rules outlined above.
