Subsequent Fifteen (15) Years. Ad valorem taxes upon the real property within the Development Area shall be measured by the assessed valuation thereof as determined by the County Assessor upon the basis of fifty percent (50%) of the true value of the real property within the Development Area, including any improvements thereon, for the next ensuing period of fifteen (15) years of the Development Plan, for a maximum term of twenty-five (25) years. Such valuations shall not be increased above fifty percent (50%) of the true value of the real property within the Development Area from year to year during the next ensuing period, so long as the real property within the Development Area is owned by the Developer and used in accordance with the Development Plan.

  • Subsequent Owners 7.2.1 This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto, their heirs, successors, assigns, mortgagees, lessees and all subsequent owners, and shall run with the Lands which are the subject of this Agreement until this Agreement is discharged by Council.

  • Beginning Date Both parties agree that negotiations for a new contract shall commence no later than 30 days after ratification of the current collective bargaining agreement in a good faith effort to reach a contract. The Association agrees to give the Board notice of intent to negotiate a contract a minimum of sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the contract in force at the time and also notify Public Employees Relations Commission in writing of this intent.

  • Waiting Period All full-time employees who are actively working and have completed thirty (30) days service shall be enrolled for the coverages and benefits set forth in this Exhibit as a condition of employment.

  • Xxxxx Period After payment of the first Dues, the Subscriber is entitled to a grace period of 30 days for the pay- ment of any Dues due.   • Subsequent Adjustments In the event that the Assuming Institution or the Receiver discovers any errors or omissions as contemplated by Section 8.2 or any error with respect to the payment made under Section 8.3 after the Settlement Date, the Assuming Institution and the Receiver agree to promptly correct any such errors or omissions, make any payments and effect any transfers or assumptions as may be necessary to reflect any such correction plus interest as provided in Section 8.4.

  • Rental Period (a) Renter has the right to use the rental vehicle (“Vehicle”) until the return date indicated on the Rental Agreement Summary ("Rental Period").

Notice of the Employer's decision shall be in writing.

  • Five Years All full-time employees who have been continuously employed by the Employer for five (5) years shall receive three (3) weeks’ vacation with full pay.
