Schedule of Fees Attached to this Agreement and incorporated herein by reference is a Schedule of Fees, which contains the Discount Fee, Transaction Fees, Return Fee per returned item, Minimum Monthly Discount Fee, Subscription Fee, Monthly Check 21 Access Fee, Batch Out Fee, Termination Fee and other terms and conditions in effect on the commencement date of this Agreement. SPS-EFT reserves the right at all times to unilaterally change all or part thereof, or any other terms of this Agreement upon written notice to MERCHANT.

PART - II (Description of the New Building “UTSAV”) ALL THAT the new “Building”consisting of 2, 21/2 and 3 BHK Apartments having One Block of Apartments a total of 44 apartments of different types in G+IV storied Block including such other constructions and/or structures,as per the sanctioned Plan bearing No. Building Plan(s) Memo No. 53/CB/29/60 dated 06/06/2017and obtained Completion Certificate dated on upon the Premises more particularly described in the First Schedule herein above.
Schedule of Rates and Charges Any subconsultant rates and charges set forth in the Schedule of Rates and Charges must be the subconsultant’s actual rates and charges exclusive of any markup. The City will compensate the Consultant in accordance with those rates and charges.
Schedule of Rates The specific rates and costs applicable to this Agreement are set forth in Exhibit B – Schedule of Rates, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full.
Schedule of Services Consultant shall perform the Services within the Term of this Agreement, in accordance with the Schedule of Services set forth in Exhibit “B” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and in accordance with any other completion schedule or milestones which may be separately agreed upon in writing by the Parties. Consultant represents that it has the professional and technical personnel required to perform the Services in conformance with such conditions. In order to facilitate Consultant’s conformance with the Schedule, City shall respond to Consultant’s submittals in a timely manner. Upon request of City, Consultant shall provide a more detailed schedule of anticipated performance to meet the Schedule of Services.
Outage Schedules The Connecting Transmission Owner shall post scheduled outages of its transmission facilities on the NYISO OASIS. Developer shall submit its planned maintenance schedules for the Large Generating Facility to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO for a minimum of a rolling thirty-six month period. Developer shall update its planned maintenance schedules as necessary. NYISO may direct, or the Connecting Transmission Owner may request, Developer to reschedule its maintenance as necessary to maintain the reliability of the New York State Transmission System. Compensation to Developer for any additional direct costs that the Developer incurs as a result of rescheduling maintenance, including any additional overtime, breaking of maintenance contracts or other costs above and beyond the cost the Developer would have incurred absent the request to reschedule maintenance, shall be in accordance with the NYISO OATT. Developer will not be eligible to receive compensation, if during the twelve (12) months prior to the date of the scheduled maintenance, the Developer had modified its schedule of maintenance activities other than at the direction of the NYISO or request of the Connecting Transmission Owner.
Recovery of Schedule Delays If the Design Professional determines that the Project is one week or more behind schedule, per the approved Overall Project Schedule, the Design Professional shall so notify the Contractor in writing. Within seven days of the date of the Design Professional's notice, the Contractor shall deliver to the Design Professional and Owner a written plan explaining how the Contractor intends to bring the Project back on schedule. The Contractor's plan must provide sufficient detail to allow the Design Professional and Owner to determine the proposal's feasibility.
PROGRESS SCHEDULE The Contractor, within ten (10) working days of receiving notice of the award of the contract, shall prepare and submit for the State's and Architect's information an estimated progress schedule for the Work. The progress schedule shall be related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents, and shall provide for expeditious and practicable execution of the Work.
Price Schedule, Payment Terms and Billing, and Price Adjustments (a) Price Schedule: Price Schedule under this Contract is set forth in Exhibit B.
Time Schedule 4.1. A project schedule is included in Appendix A.
