Subscription Terms Contractor grants to a Purchasing Entity a license to: (i) access and use the Service for its business purposes; (ii) for IaaS, use underlying software as embodied or used in the Service; and (iii) view, copy, upload and download (where applicable), and use Contractor’s documentation. No Contractor terms, including standard click through license or website terms or use of privacy policy, shall apply to Purchasing Entities unless such terms are included in this Master Agreement.
ADDITIONAL USER SUBSCRIPTIONS 3.1 Subject to clause 3.2 and clause 3.3, the Customer may, from time to time during any Subscription Term, purchase additional User Subscriptions in excess of the number set out in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 and the Supplier shall grant access to the Services and the Documentation to such additional Authorised Users in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
Subscription Term The transfer of Software Subscription(s) to Cloud Access does not change the start date or the duration of the original Software Subscription(s) and once your Software Subscription expires, your access to the Software Subscription in the Vendor’s Cloud will cease, unless otherwise renewed. You may renew your Software Subscription with Red Hat directly or an authorized partner.
Software Subscription The Term of any Software Subscription shall automatically renew for an additional Subscription License Term unless written notice of termination is given to the other Party three (3) months prior to the expiration of the then-current Term.
Subscription Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, at the Closing (as defined below), Subscriber hereby agrees to subscribe for and purchase, and the Company hereby agrees to issue and sell to Subscriber, upon the payment of the Purchase Price, the Subscribed Shares (such subscription and issuance, the “Subscription”).

We encourage you to read this agreement to learn about all the advantages of being a BCBSRI member. How to Use This Agreement Below are some helpful tips on how to find what you need in this agreement. • As a member, you are responsible for understanding the benefits to which you are entitled under this agreement and the rules you must follow to receive those benefits. • The Table of Contents will help you find the order of the sections as they appear in the agreement. • The Summary of Benefits, included in this agreement, shows the amount you pay out of your own pocket. • Important contact information, such as, telephone numbers, addresses, and websites are located at the end of this document. • Some words and phrases used in this agreement are in italics. This means that the words or phrases have a special meaning as they relate to your healthcare coverage. Please see Section 8 for definitions of these words. • When we use the words “we,” “us,” and “our,” we are referring to BCBSRI. When we use the words “you” and “your” we are referring to the enrolled subscriber and/or member. These words are also defined in the Glossary. • Many sections of this document are related to other sections. You may need to reference more than one section to find the information you need.
Subscription Fee Customer shall pay to Service Provider in consideration for Service Provider providing the Services, the subscription fee as agreed upon in the Order Form.
Software Subscription Lifecycle During the life cycle of Red Hat Software, the scope of Software Maintenance and Support evolves and, after a number of years, we discontinue Software Maintenance and Support for older versions of Software. The details of the Software Maintenance and Production Support life cycle are set forth at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/support/policy/update_policies.html. If available, you may purchase Extended Update Support and/or Extended Life Cycle Support, as described in Exhibit 1.G, to extend your Subscription Services for certain versions of Software.
Subscription License A Subscription license will commence on the date specified in the Notification Form and continue in force for the fixed initial term specified therein. The license is firm and cannot be cancelled or otherwise reduced or terminated by Customer during the license term. On expiry of the initial term, the subscription license will terminate unless renewed. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Notification Form, each subscription license will include the provision of Support Services.
Term of Purchased User Subscriptions User subscriptions purchased by You commence on the start date specified in the applicable Order Form and continue for the Subscription Term specified therein. Except as otherwise specified in the applicable Order Form, all User subscriptions shall automatically renew for additional periods equal to the expiring Subscription Term or one year (whichever is shorter), unless either party gives the other notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of the relevant Subscription Term. The per-unit pricing during any such renewal term shall be the same as that during the prior term unless We have given You written notice of a pricing increase at least 30 days before the end of such prior term, in which case the pricing increase shall be effective upon renewal and thereafter. Any such pricing increase shall not exceed 10% over the pricing for the relevant Services in the immediately prior Subscription Term, unless the pricing in such prior term was designated in the relevant Order Form as promotional or one- time.
