Subscription Terms of Service. Certain Services provided by IGN require registration and payment (such Services are referred to as the "Premium Services"). The terms and conditions contained in this Article II (the "Subscriber TOS") apply to each subscriber to a Premium Service, including but not limited to Arcade, FilePlanet, Ad-Free Network, Founders' Club, and Insider. THE SUBSCRIBER TOS IS IN ADDITION TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THE TOS, AND THE TOS IN ITS ENTIRETY APPLIES TO EACH SUBSCRIBER. PLEASE READ THE TOS, INCLUDING THE SUBSCRIBER TOS, CAREFULLY PRIOR TO COMPLETING YOUR REGISTRATION FOR A PREMIUM SERVICE. BY REGISTERING FOR THE PREMIUM SERVICE, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO AND AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SUBSCRIBER TOS AS WELL AS ALL OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE TOS. Subscription Terms of Service. This subscription agreement (“agreement”) is a legal and binding agreement between you (“subscriber,” “you,” “your,” or “yourself”) as the end user, and BrowSAP Solutions Pvt. Ltd (opc), (“our,” “us,” or “we”). Please read this agreement carefully prior to using BrowSAP Solutions Pvt. Ltd (opc)’s services (the “services”). By registering for the services, you are consenting to become a party to this agreement and agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions herein.   • Subscription Service PROS warrants that during the Subscription Term, the Subscription Service will conform in all material respects to the functional specifications set forth in the Documentation. Customer's sole and exclusive remedy will be the deployment of a corrected version of the PROS software application that is the object of the Subscription Service, or provision of a workaround, provided however if PROS fails to provide such remedy after using commercially reasonable efforts, Customer may exercise its rights herein for breach of contract, including, but not limited to, termination pursuant to Section 10.2.

  • Subscription Term The transfer of Software Subscription(s) to Cloud Access does not change the start date or the duration of the original Software Subscription(s) and once your Software Subscription expires, your access to the Software Subscription in the Vendor’s Cloud will cease, unless otherwise renewed. You may renew your Software Subscription with Red Hat directly or an authorized partner.

  • Use of Service Areas The service areas, as located within the Project, shall be ear- marked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, Pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, firefighting pumps and equipment etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the Association for rendering maintenance services.
