Subscriber Contribution. When making a Subscriber Contribution to the TMLS Service, Subscriber warrants that the information submitted complies with the TMLS Policies in all respects, including with regard to (a) required data fields; (b) format of submission;

When making a Subscriber Contribution to the RMLS Service, Subscriber shall ensure that the information submitted complies with the RMLS Policies with regard to (i) which listings must be submitted; (ii) required data fields; (iii) format of submission; and (iv) procedures for submission.
Subscriber Contribution. All data that the Subscriber submits, contributes, or inputs in the MRED System, including text, photographs, images, and other materials, in any form now known or hereafter discovered.

When making a Subscriber Contribution to the NWWMLS Service, Subscriber warrants that the information submitted complies with the NWWMLS Policies in all respects, including with regard to (a) required data fields; (b) format of submission; (c) permitted and required listing types; and (d) procedures for submission. Subscriber warrants that the Subscriber Contribution does not infringe or violate any patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets or other proprietary rights of any third party; and that there is no claim, litigation, or proceeding pending or threatened with respect to the Subscriber Contribution. Subscriber Contribution. Subscriber agrees to make a Subscriber Contribution to the extent necessary to satisfy Reorganized Company's obligations to purchase each and every mortgage loan out of the Securitization Trusts (including accrued interest and amounts required to be paid under the applicable Pooling and Servicing Agreement) pursuant to the Florida Case Resolution to the extent the funds contained in the Florida Reserve established pursuant to this Agreement (plus any funds provided by or on behalf of the Liquidating Trust, in each case in its sole and absolute discretion) are insufficient to satisfy such obligations at the time such obligations are due. Subscriber also agrees that any funds remaining in the Florida Reserve will be released to the Liquidating Trust immediately after all obligations under the Florida Case Resolution are satisfied. Within 30 days of making a Subscriber Contribution, Subscriber must elect by delivering written notice to Holder of its election not to receive a Preferred Return (the "Subscriber Election"). If no election is made, Subscriber will be deemed to have elected to receive a Preferred Return.

When making a Subscriber Contribution to the STELLAR MLS Service, Subscriber warrants that the information submitted complies with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations and the STELLAR MLS Policies in all respects, including with regard to (a) required data fields; (b) format of submission; (c) permitted and required listing types; and (d) procedures for submission. Subscriber further warrants that (e) the Subscriber Contribution does not infringe or violate any patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets or other proprietary rights of any third party; (f) that there is no claim, litigation or proceeding pending or threatened with respect to the Subscriber Contribution; and (g) Subscriber has the written consent of any party necessary to provide the Subscriber Contribution to STELLAR MLS.
