Subrecipients when submitting financial reporting packages to DEO for audits done in accordance with 2 CFR 200, Subpart F - Audit Requirements, or Chapters 10.550 (local governmental entities) and 10.650 (nonprofit and for-profit organizations), Rules of the Auditor General, should indicate the date that the reporting package was delivered to Subrecipient in correspondence accompanying the reporting package.
Subrecipient A collaborating entity of the University that is responsible for programmatic decision making and completing a portion of the Scope of Work.
Subrecipient’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Subrecipient shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Subrecipient’s efforts in fulfilling Subrecipient’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Subrecipient’s Project Manager, in consultation and agreement with County, shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Subrecipient’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall notify the Subrecipient in writing of such action. The Subrecipient shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Subrecipient’s Project Manager. Consultant Personnel Consultant shall provide adequate, experienced personnel, capable of and devoted to the successful performance of the Services under this Agreement. Consultant agrees to assign specific individuals to key positions. If deemed qualified, the Consultant is encouraged to hire City residents to fill vacant positions at all levels. Consultant agrees that, upon commencement of the Services to be performed under this Agreement, key personnel shall not be removed or replaced without prior written notice to the City. If key personnel are not available to perform the Services for a continuous period exceeding 30 calendar days, or are expected to devote substantially less effort to the Services than initially anticipated, Consultant shall immediately notify the City of same and shall, subject to the concurrence of the City, replace such personnel with personnel possessing substantially equal ability and qualifications.
Field Training Officers The position of Field Training Officer (FTO) shall be held by a Trooper or Sergeant who most closely meets the requirements set forth by the Employer which are outlined in policy OSP-501.08. If the Employer determines there are an insufficient number of qualified volunteers, it may appoint other individuals to be FTOs. The District Commander shall make the final selections. A supplement of eight hundred dollars ($800.00) shall be given to all FTOs for the sixty (60) working day training period. This amount will be prorated in instances where the training period is cut short or lengthened. Field Training Officers and their trainees will be required to work twenty (20) days on each of the three shifts during the training period.
Our Personnel We will be responsible for the performance of Our personnel (including Our employees and contractors) and their compliance with Our obligations under this Agreement, except as otherwise specified herein.
EMPLOYEES, SUBCONTRACTORS AND AGENTS All employees, Subcontractors, or agents of the Contractor performing work under the Contract must be trained staff or technicians who meet or exceed the professional, technical, and training qualifications set forth in the Contract or the Purchase Order, and must comply with all security and administrative requirements of the Authorized User that are communicated to the Contractor. The Commissioner and the Authorized User reserve the right to conduct a security background check or otherwise approve any employee, Subcontractor, or agent furnished by Contractor and to refuse access to or require replacement of any personnel for cause based on professional, technical or training qualifications, quality of work or change in security status or non-compliance with Authorized User’s security or other requirements. Such approval shall not relieve the Contractor of the obligation to perform all work in compliance with the Contract or the Purchase Order. The Commissioner and the Authorized User reserve the right to reject and/or bar from any facility for cause any employee, Subcontractor, or agent of the Contractor.
CONSULTANT’S PERSONNEL The Consultant shall designate in writing to the Authority one individual, satisfactory to the Authority, who shall be responsible for coordinating all of the services to be rendered by the Consultant and who shall be the Authority's normal point of contact with the Consultant on matters relating to such services. Such individual shall be replaced upon the Authority's written request. The designee shall not be replaced by the Consultant without the Authority's prior written consent.
DESIGNATED PERSONNEL The Contractor will provide the Designated Personnel listed below for the duration of the Contract at no charge to the State. Information regarding the Designated Personnel is set forth in Appendix D – Contractor and Reseller Information. Contractor must notify OGS within five (5) business days if any of the Designated Personnel change, and provide an interim contact person until the position is filled. Contractor may submit a Designated Personnel change by submission electronically via e-mail of a revised Appendix D – Contractor and Reseller Information to the OGS Contract Administrator. The Designated Personnel must have the authority to act on behalf of the Contractor: Account Manager The Account Manager is responsible for the overall relationship with the State during the course of the Contract and shall act as the central point of contact. Contract Administrator The Contract Administrator is responsible for the updating and management of the Contract on a timely basis. Sales Manager The Sales Manager is responsible for the overall relationship with the Authorized Users for matters relating to RFQs.
Transfer to Directors and Senior Officers (1) You may transfer escrow securities within escrow to existing or, upon their appointment, incoming directors or senior officers of the Issuer or any of its material operating subsidiaries, if the Issuer’s board of directors has approved the transfer.
