Common use of Submission of Documentation Clause in Contracts

Submission of Documentation. By September 10, a Faculty Member who will be considered for reappointment, tenure or promotion conferring tenure (and by October 10, in the case of promotion only), must submit the following documentation to the Chair of her or his Department (with the exception of Senior Instructor’s third and subsequent reappointment under the provisions of Article 15.2.5); (a) a Curriculum Vitae;
