The Submission of Documentation clause requires one party to provide specified documents to the other party, typically as a condition for fulfilling contractual obligations or progressing to the next stage of a project. Submission of Documentation. 5.1 The Final Event Management Plans MUST be submitted by the Hirer, via Event App, a minimum of 8 weeks prior to the start of the Event.
