Subject to Law and notwithstanding clause B24. 1, an Authorised Person may enter the Provider’s Premises and/or the premises of any Sub-contractor without notice for the purposes of auditing, viewing, observing or inspecting such premises and/or the provision of the Services. During such visits, subject to Law and Good Clinical Practice (also taking into consideration the nature of the Services and the effect of the visit on Service Users), the Provider must not restrict access and must give all reasonable assistance and provide all reasonable facilities to the Authorised Person.
