Common use of Subject Matter of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Subject Matter of Agreement. 2.1 The subject matter of this Agreement is to define the mutual rights and duties of the Contractual Parties, i.e. the Recipient of the one part and the Partners of the other part, in their cooperation in the solution of the Project.

Subject Matter of Agreement. 2.1 1.1 . The subject matter of this Agreement is to describe the roles and rights and obligations of the Contractual Parties relating to the implementation of the Project, in particular, to define the mutual rights and duties of the Contractual Parties, i.e. Co,ntractual Parties concerning (i) rights to intangible property (e.g. intellectual property) necessary for the Recipient implementation of the one part Project, (ii) rights to intangible property created during or in relation to the Project and (iii) regulation of utilizing the Partners of the other part, in their cooperation in the solution results of the Project.
