Common use of Study Completion Clause in Contracts

Study Completion. For purposes of this Agreement, the Study is considered complete after conclusion of all Protocol-required activities for all enrolled subjects; receipt by Sponsor of all Protocol-required data; and receipt of all payments due to either party.
