Study Assistance. 18.3.1 It is agreed that ▇▇▇▇▇ has a role in encouraging and supporting Employees to undertake study programs that are relevant to their current and/or likely future career responsibilities. 18.3.2 Study Assistance (study leave hours and/or reimbursement of fees) is managed in accordance with ▇▇▇▇▇’s Study Leave Policy, as amended from time to time.
