Common use of Students Per Instructor Clause in Contracts

Students Per Instructor. 5.5.5.1 An instructor of University Studies/Career Technology courses will not be assigned an average (as determined by the Registrar's data on the official final add/drop dates) of more than one hundred and sixty (160) students (registrants) per week averaged over the duty year. In the event of a scheduled course being of a non-regular number of hours per week format (regular being 3 hours/week), the calculation will be pro-rated.
