Student Performance. The Kansas Department of Education has issued guidelines requiring the use of SP in Professional Employees’ evaluation. Student Performance must align with individual teacher goals. The Evaluation Committee will annually review and report to the Negotiation Teams on SP and recommend any modification(s) necessary to maintain an effective evaluation system.
