Structure Consultants. The Construction Manager has retained the services of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ and Associates, Inc., L.P.R. Construction Co., and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, P.E. (collectively “Structure Consultants”) to support and reinforce the performance of the Construction Manager’s obligations and responsibilities under the Construction Services Agreement and specifically provide construction management related advice and experience related to planning, procurement, constructability, pricing, and construction of the long span roof structure and any operable roof or wall components, including advice and experience to the Construction Manager in support of Construction Manager’s efforts to provide pricing and constructability assistance relating to the Architect’s evaluation of such long span roof structure and evaluation and comparison of fixed and operable roof and wall models as set forth in Exhibit 1 to the Design Services Agreement.
